Overview
Justice involvement is often a reflection of broader challenges related to housing, employment, education, healthcare, and community connection. This session introduces the Vital Conditions framework and explores how strengthening these conditions can reduce justice involvement, improve reentry outcomes, and enhance public safety. Participants will examine Delaware examples and identify opportunities for cross-sector collaboration that support fair chance opportunities and thriving communities.
