Health Decision-Making

This CLE program provides a practical overview of the evolving legal landscape surrounding health decision-making. Participants will explore how capacity is determined in healthcare contexts and review recent changes in health surrogacy laws. The session will also examine the creation, scope, and enforcement of Advance Health Directives, including Psychiatric Advance Directives, highlighting best practices for advising clients and ensuring compliance with current statutes.
