Mandatory Ad Litem for Chancery Training

This Mandatory Attorney Ad Litem training assists the Court of Chancery in training attorneys to become court-appointed attorneys who represents the wishes and legal rights of a person who cannot adequately represent themselves, such as a minor child or an incapacitated adult.
